Discover Solufruit: From Fruit to High-Quality Ingredients

At Solufruit, we turn selected fruits into high-quality ingredients for the food and beverage industry. With 125 years of experience, we combine fruit expertise, processing know-how and a strong focus on innovation to develop ingredients that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

From Fruit to High-Quality Ingredients

Our expertise covers dates, figs, prunes and raisins, which we transform into a range of juice concentrates and purées. Every fruit has its own characteristics, and our role is to preserve and bring out its natural functionality while meeting the technical requirements of our customers.

A Strong Production Capacity

Every year, we process around 60,000 tons of fruit — including more than 15,000 tons of dried fruit — turning raw materials into reliable and consistent ingredients for our customers around the world.

Our current production capabilities provide significant room for growth, with the capacity to accommodate up to 40% additional volume based on current infrastructure. At the same time, we continue to invest in our facilities and production capabilities to support long-term growth and evolving customer demand.

Innovation Is at the Heart of What We Do

We continuously work on new products, new applications and new ways of processing fruit. Our R&D and technical teams work closely with customers to identify new opportunities and develop solutions adapted to specific applications.

From improving existing ingredients to developing completely new products, we are constantly looking for ways to bring more value from fruit.
