Solufruit fig puree is made from selected dried or semi-dried figs and offers a mild fruity flavour, a smooth consistency and a naturally dark brown colour. This industrial fig puree is suitable for bakery products, beverages, sauces, dairy products, fruit fillings and other food preparations. It is available in different Brix levels and in both organic and conventional grades.
