What is the difference between fresh fruit/dried fruit juice concentrates?

Dried-fruit juice concentrates are made by rehydrating dried fruits and then processing them to remove most of the water content. This results in a concentrated form of juice with a higher sugar content. Dried-fruit juice concentrate has a richer, more intense flavor compared to fresh fruit juice concentrates.
